Wedding of Juston and Alex
{Auburn Wedding Photographer}

The wedding of Alex and Juston was one of the funnest events I have been to in a while. The day flowed so smooth leading up to the ceremony in the prettiest stain glass church. It was filled with prayer, love and family. The traditional wedding though could not prepare the guests for what the couple had up their sleeve though. The party began just as most receptions, first dance and then parents dances. However, what followed was nothing short of awesome. An epic lip sync battle in which the ladies KILLED IT. I mean the bride channeled her inner Britney Spears. It was so much fun to watch. The floor then exploded with great dancing all night long. It really was an amazing party that they will remember always.

Baby Belly B

I do love a good maternity shoot. They are my fave thing ever. This mama to be rocked her flower themed session for her baby girl. Little brother was such a ham and full of energy. I really had to pull out all the stops to get photos of him sitting still, which wasn’t happening:)But in the end that is what is best, capture the kids as who they are at the time. Cant wait to meet this little princess in July.

Freckles and Flowers

Im so in love with the colors of summer. Golden grass and wild flowers. One of my fave locations is this field that explodes with daisy flowers as the first welcome of summer weather. They dont last long, but I love taking advantage of it while I can. Took this adorable family down for their first every family photoshoot. The kids loved running in the flowers.

A Surprise Engagement
{Bonney Lake Wedding Photographer}

I always feel so lucky and blessed as a photographer to have moments of being deeply involved with a family. This woman here is one of the many that I have had the great joy of capturing some pretty big milestones for over the years. Some happy, some sad, then back to happy. This shoot started out with just a few photos of her and her daughter, but I was pulled aside mid shoot by her boyfriend for a wonderful surprise. He was going to pop the question. The moments up to it I was shaking for him. The ring was tucked away in his coat pocket that was laying on the ground behind me. I then said, “hey lets change the look and add your coat. He grabbed it, reached in then tossed the jacket aside. PERFECT. Down on one knee he went and the rest well is history. SHE SAID YES. This fall I will be shooting there wedding in Lake Chelan. I could not be more happy for them. Life is beautiful.
